Notice of AGM 2026
What a fantastic year it’s been – and before we wrap things up, there’s just one final date for the diary: our Annual General Meeting!
We’d love for you to join us on Wednesday 17th June 2026 at 8:00pm in the LMVG Prefab, as we reflect on another brilliant season and elect our Committee for 2026/2027.
Everyone is welcome to attend, but please note that only members are eligible to vote or stand for election.
If any member would like to submit a motion for inclusion on the agenda, please email it to info@lmvg.ie no later than Wednesday 10th June.

AIMS Awards Nominations for Fame – The Musical
LMVG is absolutely thrilled and incredibly proud to have received six nominations for Fame – The Musical at this year’s AIMS Awards. The nominations received (in the Gilbert section) are:
- Best Overall Show
- Best Director – Claire Tighe
- Best Choreographer – Claire Tighe and Jen Dawson
- Best Ensemble
- Best Female Singer – Naoimh Penston as Miss Sherman
- Best Comedian – Seán Cronin as Joe Vegas
Our heartfelt congratulations to the phenomenal production team, cast, and crew who brought Fame to life on stage in Leixlip. It was a joyful, high-energy production filled with heart, and this recognition is truly well deserved.
We’d also like to extend a huge congratulations to all our fellow societies on their fantastic nominations. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all at the AIMS Awards on 12th June in Killarney!
