We have had such an amazing week on stage with “The Wedding Singer”! A huge well done to all the cast and crew. We are so proud of this show and we want to thank all of the amazing audiences for coming to see us! From all at LMVG, see you back on stage in 2024!!

As we put the finishing touches to what is going t

As we put the finishing touches to what is going to be another fantastic production from LMVG we want to introduce the woman who makes magic happen on that stage, our Choreographer and Director Claire Tighe! Born and bred in Leixlip, Claire has been nominated and won numerous AIMS awards for both her choreography and direction with LMVG. We are so delighted to have her back once again to finish what was started back in 2020. She has done a phenomenal job and we can’t wait for our audiences to see it!!

The man behind the music! LMVG are delighted to have Dermot O’ Callaghan on board once again as our musical director! Dermot has won and been nominated for Best Musical Director at the AIMS awards a number of times and has worked with musical societies all over the country. Dermot’s first show with LMVG was The Addams family last year but he had started rehearsals with us originally for The Wedding Singer back in 2020 so it’s fantastic to have him back!

No cast is complete without a fantastic ensemble and we might be biased but ours is amazing! A diverse group of unbelievably talented dancers, singers and actors. Just wait until you see them in action!

The final member of our principal cast is Julia’

The final member of our principal cast is Julia’s mother Angie played by our very own Chairperson Judy Miller! Judy has been involved in every aspect of the LMVG over the years from helping out backstage, to front of house, spotlights, hair, makeup, costumes and in more recent years has played numerous roles in our Musicals. Judy is a true all round star!

Playing Robbie’s fiesty Grandmother Rosie is a very familiar face on the Leixlip stage, Jenny McCabe! Jenny has played numerous leading roles with LMVG including Morticia in last years The Addams Family and Jeannette in The Full Monty for which she won the AIMS Best Comedienne Award.
